Good breakfast to give you energy at the gym?

2 hours workout, 6 days a Week
2 hours of cardio most days a week is my plan. Usually I work out at the gym now for 1 - 1.5 hours anyway. I'm a college athlete and did two sports last year which would practice 2 hours a day each (alternating days).
