Sugars
Hi all. I have noticed that if I eat three or four items of fruit in a day, my sugars are way over what they should be. Is this something I need to worry about as I thought fruit was good for you. Should I cut out fruit and eat some raw veg instead ? Thanks for any tips you can offer. Andy. LOVING THIS COMMUNITY !!

So many calories left over!
I went on a really long hike today and have had a really big eating day. I am very full ! I have 750 calories left though and have read different opinions on whether or not I should eat them. Would welcome some thoughts on this Thanks Andy.

Raising my protein ?
I been noticing on my diet totals that I am eating under half my daily proteins. I am vegetarian and never had a problem but recently discovered I cant eat most beans and pulses as I have an allergen with these foods. Any suggestions as to how to raise my protein intake would be greatly appreciated, Maybe I don't need to ?…
