Lecithin
I recently read that lecithin can help the body to break down fat, and make it easier to lose body fat. But the information seems to be very unclear about whether or not this works. Has anyone tried lecithin? Does it help a person to lose weight? Thanks for any info! Katie

I am starting (attempting to start) Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred. I looked for it in the exercise database but it isn't there and I have no idea how many calories it burns. Has anyone else tried entering this workout? What did you put it under and what is the calorie count? Thanks Katie

Cooking with soy milk?
I have a couple questions about soy milk vs. cow's milk. Having too much dairy makes me sick, so I started drinking soy milk to get the calcium and other nutrients without the lactose.
