Hey guys! I have someone coming over for dinner tomorrow who is a vegetarian and I am struggling to decide what to make that pleases both her and my non-vegetarian guests (one of which is my 3 year old!). Do you guys have any ideas on what I can make that is a quick and simple crowd pleaser?? Thanks!
I am new to the program and looking forward to making some changes in my life. I always thought I ate pretty well, but when I broke it down, I was really surprised at what I discovered! I think this is a great way to track what you eat and I love that it allows you to see the benefits of daily exercise. Good luck everyone!
