Do I really need a "rest day"?
I do take breaks from the gym but it's summer time! Do I really need a rest day to recover? I go to yoga type classes on my rest days, like Pilates, or bodyflow. This is okay to do?

Can I weight train when sore? It's been 48 hours
I did body pump which is a GREAT full body strength training class. I'm still a little sore. Mostly in the inside of my elbows when I extend my arm straight, but other then that the soreness is minor. Is it okay to resume today? (body pump monday- tuesday sore (bodyflow)- wednesday still a little sore... body pump again?)
