Best meal replacement *not for losing weight*

I'm experiencing depression for which I have a doc appt for. I still workout but because of the depression it makes it hard for me to eat (IDK why always been that way) I am feeling it big time. I am always tired, never hungry, I try to force down food and it's hard. I know that meal replacements aren't really replacements, that I need to eat full meals, but I need to get as close to a replacement as possible. A drink or a health bar? Which would you suggest?

Look for something with balanced macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbs) as well as added vitamins and minerals. If you're looking for a meal replacement, it should be as nutritionally complete as possible, especially if you don't feel like you're getting what you need from the food that you do eat. One of my favorite protein powders (Naturade Total Soy - chocolate or vanilla) is actually formulated to be a meal replacement, and it tastes pretty good. The nice thing about powders is that you can usually use them to make a variety of drink/smoothie recipes, and you can add more calorie-dense food items (like nut butters, bananas, or greek yogurt) without adding volume if you need to bump up your calories for the day.
