Hi all, I have been exercising and calorie counting but my weight has stopped and on the scales I’ve gained 2 lbs is that because I’m gaining muscle? Should I stop exercising to get to my goal weight on scales then start again once target reached? Thanks
hi, if my target is 1500 a day and i eat 1500 but i burn 300 should i be eating another 300 to hit my 1500? PS sorry about all the numbers just want to be sure. thanks
A question, i like the odd glass of wine can i still drink as long as i stay within my calorie intake or will this slow my progress down? v
hi all, im new on MyFitnesspal and have been logging my calories for about 10 days and feel very disheaterned that even tho i have been below 1200 everyday and exercised most days ive only lost 2lbs is this normal, can any one give me any advise? thank you v
