Frustrating Plateau Again!!!

Am I doing something wrong?
I am not losing weight at a rate I want to. I am eating very healthy. I have a cheat meal on Sunday. I am working out with weights at the gym and doing Zumba at home.....and the last two weeks I have only lost 2 pounds a week. I am a big guy still...307 pounds. I would think I would at least get a 5 pound week in there…

Support for Belly while exercising
I searched the forums and didn't find any answer, so I'll ask. I started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. The only problem is that during the jumping motions of the routine, my belly jumps. It is painful and I can imagine not too healthy. This also happens when I get up to a jog on a treadmill. Does anyone know of…
