Support for Belly while exercising

I searched the forums and didn't find any answer, so I'll ask. I started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. The only problem is that during the jumping motions of the routine, my belly jumps. It is painful and I can imagine not too healthy. This also happens when I get up to a jog on a treadmill. Does anyone know of any product that will hold everything in place while I exercise until I get it down enough to where it is not a bother? By the way, not the tight spandex type shirts they just slide up over my belly and annoy me more. Thanks for the help.

Biker shorts? or a lycra leotard - you can hide it under a college football tee and gym shorts and no one will know lol.0

Under Armour shirt, they are quite tight and can go under your regular gear, should hold you down somewhat.0

The biker shorts do the opposite...they roll down. I don't care about anyone seeing me. I should ahve not gotten this way if I was worried about that. I just don't like the way it feels and I think it limits my workout. Good try though.0

There are 'girdles' for men and for women. You just have to look for them.
My belly jumps too...it's because I've had 4 c sections and I will never have a flat tummy. They cut through the muscles and everything and can never put it all back together properly. I'm in the market for something too....Spanx? Do they have Spanx for men? They should.0 -
I would think a belly band that they sell for pregnant women might work. They are meant to support the belly.0

I actually wear my high waist spanx underwear when I'm jogging because my belly jumps something awful. spanx is a little more heavy duty than under armour or anything like that. I know spanx makes shirts for men, as i'm sure you would find the underwear to be quite constricting lol but you should look into that. if my spanx are dirty i just put on whatever girdle like underwear i have. it really helps and its not as uncomfortable as it may seem. you may want to look into something like that.0

You're probably looking for something like this:

I have a mother's aprons so I use one myself for the same reason.0 -
I use a neoprene workout belt for the tummy as well as neoprene shorts to trim my legs. Holds everything in place and helps my posture during my workouts as well. I have the inexpensive kind from walmart so about $10 each. I put the belt on first and then the shorts second cuz they are high enough to go high on my waist and kind of hold the belt in place so it doesn't slip up or down.
the one I got from walmart is the Gold's Gym neoprene shorts and have a drawstring waist so u can adjust it as u lose weight.
hope that helps!
