Too many carbs
I have only been doing this 5 days but I am really struggling. I invariably eat less calories than I'm allowed (I know that's not good :frown: ) but I find myself having eaten too many carbs (20 too may). I eat very little bread (4 slices in 5 days) and very little rice or pasta, I am definately a fruit, veg and salad girl…

8 cups of water a day?
Can someone confirm that 1 cup of water = 4 fl oz, so if I drink 500ml this equates to approximately 4 cups. 8 cups of water is roughly only 1 litres, is this right? I struggle to drink water so if it's only 1 litre I am sure I can manage that. Thanks very much :drinker:
