I know how you feel, I regularly eat way under what I should - mfp says 1200. On days when I go to the gym and do an aerobics class (only twice a week at the moment) I am left with at least 300 calories. I just really like fruit, veg, fish etc so unless I start eating chips and burgers it really difficult. I never seem to…

My husband is exactly the same as that and he is 7 years younger than me. Why is it so difficult for women? Our bodies just seem to want to store every bit of fat we consume, usually on our belly or hips; I am coming back as a man in the next life.... :ohwell:
