Wrong calculation?
I've posted about this before but didn't really get an answer. According to my macros, I have 11 protein, 3 fat and 2 carbs left (subtracting fiber) and it's saying I've went over by 71 calories. So shouldn't it say I have calories left?

Getting back to a deficit
After eating at or above maintenance for a little while after 4 months of 100% no unhealthy foods, I'm looking for that motivation I had to get back on the deficit. Anyone had success in this type of situation?

Carbs and waist circumference?
Wondering if these things have correlation for anyone. Recently I've increased carbs and been weightlifting more seriously. I've noticed my waist measurement is up about an inch. Could this be that I'm holding water or more likely fat gain?

Not adding up
Okay so for example, today it's saying I went over 140 cals. So I go to look and see where I went over, and it says I went over 29 grams of carbs for 116 calories. Then it says I have 16 grams of fat left, which would be 144 calories. So really I should have calories left? Unless it's counting fiber as calories, since I…

Confused
Can anyone tell me if since MFP counts fiber as carbs, does it count fiber grams as four calories each? So if I had 55 grams of fiber do I still need to eat 220 more calories even though it says I'm there for the day?

Net carbs after fiber
Does it bother anyone else that MFP tells you you're over on your carbs when after taking away the fiber you're not? How have they not accounted for this yet?

Calories in Amy's soup
Just posting to let anyone know who might be interested that if you eat a whole can of Amy's soup, it's 1.65 servings, not "about 2" as stated on most cans. I weighed different kinds :)
