Can anyone tell me if since MFP counts fiber as carbs, does it count fiber grams as four calories each? So if I had 55 grams of fiber do I still need to eat 220 more calories even though it says I'm there for the day?

MFP does count fiber as part of total carbs if the manufacturer does. There's no setting for net carbs.
MFP doesn't calculate the calories from the macros. The calories entry is from what's listed in the nutritional information.
Insoluble fiber doesn't have calories and soluble fiber has about 2 calories per gram. Some manufacturers already subtract those calories for you so double-check that it hasn't already been subtracted from the nutritional info.
It's up to you if you want to manually calculate net carbs and eat back those calories. I don't.0 -
Oh yes I see now. Thank you!0
