Im thinking of taking a yoga fitness class in my next semester. What exactly is involved in yoga? Is it all just stretching and poses? What kinds of health benefits can I get from doing yoga? And, is it even possible to lose weight from yoga?

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on hunger control that they would like to share with me? I sometimes have those days where I am constantly hungry and nothing will satisfy my hunger. I have seen countless advertisements for this product. I am wondering if anyone has tried it and if it has actually worked for them. The ads on tv makes it look like you can effortlessly lose weight by using this stuff, but that just seems too good to be true. Any comments?
