Anyone have any good exercises that can burn 400+ calories that they would like to share??
The only exercise that I can think of that burns 400+ calories is cardio.
Swimming for 40 minutes non stop
Running for 40 minutes non stop
Cycling for an hour non stop

Interval jogging (1 minute walking, 1 minute jogging) for about 40 minutes gets me a little over 400. HIIT intervals on the elliptical also gets me around 400 right under 40 minutes (considering my heart rate typically gets up to 180ish). If you're more into doing weights, I'll do weight lifting combined with short HIIT sets in between targeted muscle areas, I.E.:
Finish 1 set of squat/shoulder presses, get down on the ground and do 20-30 mountain climbers, 15 second rest, repeat 2 more times. However, if your shoulder muscles are too fatigued to hold you up for the mountain climbers (happens to me sometimes), I'll just do something that focuses more on lower body, like 20 jump squats, 30 seconds of high knees, or 10 jumping lunges. Anything that helps to get my heart rate back up for a little bit.
edit: The above method will typically require more time spent for your workout, though. Cardio tends to maximize calorie burn in the period you're doing it. If you can combine both a little cardio and weight training, you'll also get the benefits of the calorie afterburn from lifting!0
