My body temperature has always been low (97.8 degrees F average as a kid) but after I got hypothyroidism, it dropped a couple of degrees. No Sugar for One Week?
Anyone else want to cut out all refined sugar? I made it through one day. I'm trying for one week! No added sugar, no corn syrup, no artificial sweeteners. Sugar in fruit and vegetables is okay, a small amount of honey is okay. Read ingredients - sugar is sneaked into just about everything!
