How do you lift weights to lose weight? Because I'm thinking about adding a weight training program to go with the cardio I'm doing now.
I lost 20 pounds this month so far with diet and my working out on the treadmill 4 times a week. I went from weighing 274 pounds to 254 pounds . I want to weigh-in about 250-248 pounds is it possible to make wight by October 1st. ( That's when my vegetarian experiment diet ends )
I've been on MyFitnessPal.com for about three weeks, and it's been the best move I did in a while. I started on my new regimen on September 1st ( I'm doing the vegetarian diet for a month and lots of cardio ).
