Any powerlifting bar recommendations?
I need something more than my cheap bar that came with my power rack since it looked like it was at about 90% or more of what it could take without permanent damage. I racked it after a squat and it was bent pretty good for a few seconds and I'm sure anymore weight would have ruined it.

Squats, bench and deads
Keep in mind these are strength/power lifting focused instruction done by competitive powerlifters and the deadlift from a pro lightweight strongman. Everyones form is going to be a bit different but these have some good information. Squats: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkF9QD7oCIA…

Stones, logs, tires, etc...the fun stuff
