Newbie at the Gym....few questions

Turkey Brine
Poor Bird....LOL ! We brine the turkey for 24-hrs + , then remove from brine to set 24-hrs in fridge, then roast with fruit/onion, etc. . I will post more pics as it progresses. (note: you cannot make bread stuffing in a brined turkey due to salt)
