The only time I have to work out is before work. However, whenever I do, I am just drained for the rest of the day. I am new to working out and haven't developed a routine. Will it get easier in the long run? How can I get more energy throughout my day? Thank you!!

Foods to keep in work fridge
Hi all! I am a teacher and am able to keep a small refrigerator and microwave in my classroom. I want to stock it with healthy foods so that I can grab a quick, healthy snack between classes and during lunch. What would you recommend? I already keep water and cheese sticks in there. Thanks!
