Foods to keep in work fridge

Hi all! I am a teacher and am able to keep a small refrigerator and microwave in my classroom. I want to stock it with healthy foods so that I can grab a quick, healthy snack between classes and during lunch. What would you recommend? I already keep water and cheese sticks in there. Thanks!

Yogurt or cottage cheese for instant protein.
    Hummus.
    Whole-grain pita bread.
    carrot sticks, celery sticks.
    Apples.
    Grapes.

Keep a jar of unsalted nuts in your desk.

I am a teacher, too. Those are my staples. It covers sweet, savory, smooth, and crunchy. And I find the small fridges keep stuff fresh for quite a while as they don't take long to re-cool after opening. (until the seals start to go, but that is a story for another time...)

I bought a 16 oz blocky thing of low fat turkey ham and 8oz of reduced fat cheese, cut it all into little half-inch cubes and divided it into bags of 4oz each for easy snacks. 160 calories, 9g of fat and I think 23g of protein per 4oz serving. It really hits the spot in the middle of the day and helps me get my protein totals up. It's a little high in sodium, but I bet I could find a low-sodium turkey ham if I looked.

If the mini-fridge has a freezer section, Purdue Short cuts chicken is good to have on hand. The whole bag is 315 Calories and 60g protein.
