last 10 lbs (5 kg)...
i want to loose another 10 lbs (5kg) in about 10 weeks what is the best way of doing this? should i just keep going for runs, or should i be toning exercises? i would really like if anyone else had information about how they lost there lsat 10 pounds thank you x P.S i am on a vegetable diet at the moment also

what is the best way to loose stomach fat?
i usually do sit ups and crunches if i don't go the gym, and i read somewhere that apparently that doesn't help loose tummy fat? and it doesn't tone... so i need help, what exercise have you found that works best on toning and loosing fat on the stomach? thankyou x
