Body part training frequency
Hi all I just wondered what people were doing around training body parts x times per week. There are so many articles on whether to train them once per week or some people do 3 times per week. I know this will depend on intensity but I just wonder what you guys were seeing the best results from? Cheers

push ups vs pull ups
Hey I can do 20 good form slow push ups but I can't even do one good pull up (palms away). I can manage a chin up but only one. I think this could be a bit of an imbalance that I have, anyone got advice how to sort this?

Clean bulking
Anyone else attempting a lean bulking diet or had success with it? I've been on it last 2 months with +500cal per day, slow but steady and not much fat going on.
