Body part training frequency

Hi all

I just wondered what people were doing around training body parts x times per week. There are so many articles on whether to train them once per week or some people do 3 times per week. I know this will depend on intensity but I just wonder what you guys were seeing the best results from?

    I find that for most people, doing full body routines with compound lifts 3x/week is the best place to start.

    What results are you looking for? If it's maintaining LBM while losing fat, a full body routine 2-3 times a week will probably do it. If you're looking for bodybuilder type hypertrophy, you might look into a bro split where you focus on one are per day4-5 days a week with lots of accessory work. Currently, I'm doing full body two times per week while I focus on improving my running.
