Where to start at the gym...
I know there might be another post about this somewhere... I am going to start weight training while at the gym, usually i just do fat burning/ cardio stuff. However, i would like to start incorporating some strength training, just wondering if anyone had a few tips on where to start. Thanks ahead of time!

Sweaty person at the gym...

What to do about alot of extra calories...
Unfortunately i have a weird schedule... i wake up between 1-4pm and get tired enough to fall back asleep around 3-5am... (which is sad i know). But so far im 1000 calories below where my net is supposed to be, and im still full from my last meal and am getting tired... what do i do about all those extra calories?

racing pulse and hard to breathe on days i dont exercise ...
Not sure what could be the cause, but it seems I only get this feeling when I don't exercise that day. Feels like someone is pushing on my chest and my heart is racing. The last two times this has happened was also on days I didn't exercise...not sure why this is happening
