Show me your before and after pictures, and how did you achieve your goal. ive had two children, i was 130 before children gained 50 lbs with the first and only lost 30ish. got pregnant with the second 3 years later and gained 30 lbs lost all 30, but at 166-170ish. with a mommy pouch!! needing some motivation and help!!!
