share what you do to lose your weight.
eating,exercising , zumba,30 DS etc.
i am wanting to lose
50# as my main goal
and 20# as my first goal.
looking for a little help and jump start on what i should do

I watch my calories (my goal is 1320 a day) and try to do cardio 4-5 times a week (usually 40-50 minutes of step aerobics DVDs). I just started 30 DS yesterday, so I'm excited about that. I've lost 12 lbs. since July 11, so MFP definitely works!0

Walking, swimming, Zumba, watching my calories, trying to eat a piece of fruit at breakfast and trying to get more veggies into my diet.0

I would say you should continue to eat the foods you like but be sure to use the food diary and learn what those foods add up to in calories. Then adjust the amount of food you eat, smaller portions of the more calorie dense foods, and larger portions of the lower calorie foods. Vegetables are a good example of low calorie food, also most fruits are quite low calorie. Have a snack inbetween meals but be sure it fits in the overall calories for the day. Drink water, but you don't have to over do on that. Stay away from colas and other sodas. Learn as much as you can about healthy eating. Good luck on your program. fg0
