you ladies motivate me ! i have a little success i wish i would have taken a before picture with clothes instead of naked so i could get yalls input! still much more to go. i have 3 kids 2 by c section ages 6,3 and 4 months,sw 178 current 155 but its allllll in my stomach. gob tho ladies!

i am in the same boat as you! im 178, and 5'2 so i look like a meatball lol. i get to where ill work out for a few days and watch what m eating and them ill start slipping. ! maybe we can help each other in some sort of way?

i dont have the DVDs but i found alot of videos on youtube! i like the fast paced workouts. i havnt been doing them everyday like i should tho, so i have been looking to see if anyone has had any results using it

we like alot of pasta, if i made things with 2% cheese and made me wheat noodles and him regular noodles, would that help with dieting. or like a lasangna, if i watch my portion size and make mine with ground turkey and his with ground meat, and mine with wheat noodles and his with regular noodles how would that help out?…
