    This is my second time around. I started last March and by June, I had lost 30 lbs. I changed my workout routine every month so that I didn't hit plateaus. So I will be following the same philosophy without letting anything get in the way this time.

    Started my weight loss journey Jan. 19th. Not only have I lost the weight, but have gain so much more energy and feel better about myself. That is the best reward. My workout consist of 30mins of elliptical everyday. Have only missed 1 day for the last 3 weeks.
