When I miss a week?
The last week has been brutal on my exercise goals that I started in June. The last 3 days, I did not work out at all. Now, I am not sure where to start. Do I pick up where I left off?

I just had a hysterectomy, and I have to "rest" as part of recovery. So I am moving less. I am also eating more calories. Do I need these extra calories as part of recovery, or am I setting myself up for trouble? I just don't know what my body needs.

comfort eating
Holidays have plenty of yummies everywhere and if that weren't bad enough, they can be stressful, or worse, lonely. Trying to prevent comfort eating by doing enjoyable activities, but warm carbs keep calling my name. Please let me know if you are struggling, too.
