Fitbit...which one to get, and a few other questions
So I'm thinking of breaking down and getting myself a fitbit. I have no idea which one to get. I was thinking of the zip as I really don't care too much about sleep data and this is the cheaper option. I don't climb stairs as a regular thing (like to get to my office) so I'm not sure I really care about that . Does the Zip…

Television workouts Anyone do these?
I used to do a couple of these when I was just starting years ago (Caribbean Workout and In Shape with Sharon Mann to be exact) I'm thinking of trying out Shimmy and Bollyfit just to keep things interesting. I'm looking for suggestions on good lower cal sources of these foods. I'm always low on these three things the most. I know Bananas are a source of potassium but they really are one of my least fav foods. I believe I read somewhere once that kiwi's are a good source? Protien is obviously found in things like eggs and…

repeatedly setting myself up for failure
A little (k'so maybe a lot) of back story about me and my habits: Every week is the same routine. Monday-Friday up at 5am for work, home at 4 after working a labor position. I eat healthfully during the day and overeat in the evening (though still not over my caloric goals due to excersise). I can have a very filling meal…
