Television workouts Anyone do these?

I used to do a couple of these when I was just starting years ago (Caribbean Workout and In Shape with Sharon Mann to be exact)
I'm thinking of trying out Shimmy and Bollyfit just to keep things interesting. I figure if I can commit to watching a certain show during the week I can give this a shot. Plus it's dancing which appeals to me and keeps me from feeling like it's work. Anyone else do these kinds of routines with any results? How about Yoga shows?
