i gained .05 in my neck
I've measure it a few times to make sure i wasn't doing it wrong. seems correct. yet my waist and hips have gone down in size... i do kettle bell training sometimes... is that normal to gain size in your neck with muscle/weight training?

Just changed my food diary to include Sodium and Iron
