I only need to lose 30 Pounds but I am short and have arthritis in my hip and messed up wrist- so workouts are a bit more difficult.
Also Celiac- so I plan to post recipes etc that are gluten-free from time to time.
I know I can do this, because i've done it before but anyone on the same journey or similar issues who can relate would love to exchange motivation! Say hi or please add me
