Alright so I'm very confused on the bands everyone is wearing.. What do they do? Are they to keep track of calories burned? I've seen many people out jogging with them etc. Do any of you own one? How many hours a day do you workout daily? I've seen tv shows where they say to do 2 hours a day, some say 30-60 min a day, and another said 10.. Thought I would ask here and see what you guys do. Has anyone tried P90X?? Im thinking about using it and was wanting to know little about it before I started? I heard it is long, and hard.. Does it work if you modify the work outs?? Or is it best to go full on as long as you can?

Just starting out!
Hello (: I've only been using this site for two days now and think its AMAZING!! I am finding myself super hungry at times and need some motivation getting my butt off the couch and out exercising!!
