What exercises do you use daily, weekly, etc! Seems like all I do is walk on the treadmill and I want to switch it up!! Please tell me the reps, what it is, etc! Thanks!

Wow there is just so much out there to choose from! What do you like to do? Team sports? Solo stuff? Outdoorsy things? Dancing? The list is endless.
For me, I run/swim/cycle weekly I also really like yoga and walking but dont manage to fit those in all that often unfortunately. Hula hooping and kickboxing are top of my fun to do exercise list0 -
Monday - Y-cycle (spinning class)
Tuesday - Run, full body weight training, yoga (see my blog for the weight training regimen)
Wednesday - Y-cycle
Thursday - Run, full body weight training, Thursday night ride (10 mile bike ride)
Friday - Y-cycle
Saturday - Run, Zumba, Zumba toning
Sunday - NOTHING! Unless we decide to do a leisurely bike ride...0 -
