What exercises do you use daily, weekly, etc! Seems like all I do is walk on the treadmill and I want to switch it up!! Please tell me the reps, what it is, etc! Thanks! :)

    Wow there is just so much out there to choose from! What do you like to do? Team sports? Solo stuff? Outdoorsy things? Dancing? The list is endless.
    For me, I run/swim/cycle weekly I also really like yoga and walking but dont manage to fit those in all that often unfortunately. Hula hooping and kickboxing are top of my fun to do exercise list :)

    Monday - Y-cycle (spinning class)
    Tuesday - Run, full body weight training, yoga (see my blog for the weight training regimen)
    Wednesday - Y-cycle
    Thursday - Run, full body weight training, Thursday night ride (10 mile bike ride)
    Friday - Y-cycle
    Saturday - Run, Zumba, Zumba toning
    Sunday - NOTHING! Unless we decide to do a leisurely bike ride...
