lite exercise high calorie burn
Hi folks i have trained really hard all week and was going to use today as a rest day but i now feel guilty and would like to do some exercise but something not too tough or intense but burns big calories any suggestions i have a match tomorrow and want to feel ok. cheers in advance

Hi folks just a quick question is it a must that you have to eat your whole calorie count each day as it would be impossible for me as im trying to train as much as i can to get fit for the new football season and with all this training it is allowing me more calories to eat which i just cant manage. help
