calorie count?

Hi folks just a quick question is it a must that you have to eat your whole calorie count each day as it would be impossible for me as im trying to train as much as i can to get fit for the new football season and with all this training it is allowing me more calories to eat which i just cant manage. help

You should be fine. If you needed more fuel, your body would tell you.0

Load up with something calorific but not bulky, like nuts. Works for me, and if I repeatedly go under I can't train as hard.0
