Worried about loose skin
I am just starting my journey and I am worried about loose skin when I finally reach my goal. I am currently 242 lbs and want to get down to 145/150lbs. What have those who have started where I am to help tighten the skin while losing weight?? I am also wondering about the "wing" are on my arms.

Body Beast Users
So I am hoping to start Body Beast this weekend. I like that there is two options. Has anyone else used this program? Did you get the results you wanted? Did you find it difficult or too challenging?? I am going to try this either way but any advice would be appreciated!!

How long to wait after eating to exercise
Just wondering if there is rule of thumb for waiting time between exercise-eating or eating-exercise. I waited about 45 mintues after dinner before I did my 30DS and feel ok right now but everyday is different. Any opinions or suggestions are welcomed.
