Newbie question about Sandwiches and water?
Hi all, New to this site but have a couple of basic questions. Re Sanwiches if I have 2 slices of bread as a sandwich, does that count as 1 or 2 sandwiches in the tracker. Also re water - how much roughly should I class as a glass. 1/2 a pint or is that too much? Thanks Paul
