No Appetite
I am really battling - I have zero appetite at the moment... I am forcing myself to eat but I end up feeling naseous afterwards because I'm not hungry... and becasue of this I don't have as much energy as normal I know it's not good not to eat but am seriously running out of ideas... any suggestions?

Constantly Hungry
Hi there I have been on MFP for 2 weeks now and am loving the logging of my food... but..... no matter how I structure my meals and how much water I drink, I am constantly hungry... My days goes something like this... Breakfast snack lunch snack gym dinner This has only started in the last 3 days... Any advice?

The Great Carbs Debate
Hi there Please can someone enlighten me?? There is a school of thought that one should not eat carbs after 14h00 in the day - why not? And then are some people who say we should not eat carbs at all. I'm confused... I'm not a big bread eater anyway... is the occasional pasta ok?
