Ok, so the Dr. at the weightloss clinic that I recently started going to told me not to eat anything past 1:00pm, basically skip supper. He wants me to eat 800 calories at breakfast and 400 at lunch, with 45minutes of exercise everyday. Has anyone else ever heard of this? or do this? I've always heard never skip meals and…
I must say I'm feeling pretty proud of myself right now. Month one down and I lost 17lbs. Which is only 3lbs away from my goal for this month. I hate to toot my own horn but TOOT TOOT! :)
I really want to lose 9 more pounds by June 2. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions so I can step it up a notch and do this? Thanks!
