Do you find the estimated activity cals on MFP are higher than is accurate?
I have lost 2 stones and 2 lbs since new year - whoo!! Am delighted plus I am a couple of clothes sizes down. However, I feel I am drifting a bit at the moment. I have gained and lost the same 2 lbs for around 3 weeks now. I have changed my lifestyle a lot and am going to the gym 5 or 6 days a week doing a mix of classes…
Is there one? I alos use Weight Loss Resources website and users can post recipes (with all cals and instructions) and share them so you can find something you fancy cooking. Is there something similar on here?
I have been using MFP for months find the iphone app really useful. I have used it (off line) on 2 holidays now and managed not to gain weight! Almost a first for me I think.
