Softball
Hi y'all, So we already know that MFP drastically exaggerates the amount of calories burned from excercise. Have any of you worn a HRM during a slow-pitch softball game? A game typical lasts 1.5 hours but obviously you're not moving for that whole time. How would I get a more accurate idea of calories burned without an HRM?

Cardio and Television
The last two days at the gym have been super easy! TBS has F.R.I.E.N.D.S episodes on from 3:30 until 5:30 on the weekedays. Hi y'all, So I tend to be a volume eater. I will eat a ton of anything, even if it's healthy, because I like to feel like I'm eating a lot. Does anybody have an suggestions for a hearty meal under 600 calories that won't leave me hungry an hour later?

Hi all! I recently started going to the gym, and my sneakers are killing the sides of my feet. I want to look into getting cross-trainers for the gym that properly fit my feet and won't hurt me (even when walking on the treadmill, yikes!). Dance Dance Revolution
Does anybody else ever use DDR on workout mode? I have such a petite and squat frame that running can actually be painful for me (not just the normal difficulty that comes with it, uggh). DDR works wonders for me. Centered workout, it gets my heart rate up, and it's fun! :)

I sure did. This picture of me at Santiago Bernabeu, the stadium of Real Madrid, three weeks ago in Spain. This is not the way that a short lady like me wants to look. What was everybody else's motivation for losing it? I already feel happier and motivated, and I re-started my journey 4 days ago.
