EVIL ADs

How is this allowed on MFP? It really doesn't seem to be in the spirit! They are wasting their efforts. It isn't working. LCHF…

The first step - a 12 week target
New week... new day... new start...need new inspiration. I don't want to be obese on holiday this year and think it possible (just?) to make this a first target. I'd need to average a loss of 2lb a week for 12 weeks. I'm going to try. Would you like to join me? New friends would be good too!

(Traditional British day for prep of Christmas pud and cake...) How about this for a recipe: Ingredients: * 2 cups flour * 1 stick butter * 1 cup of water * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 cup…

Hi to friends yet unmet!
Hello everyone - it is really good to read what you have written to each other on this site. It does seem that what you have in common is not just a desire to lose weight but the warmth of your response and willingness to support strangers. This is a wonderful thing. I know no-one here yet, and originally only joined mfp…
