wii fit exercise bike
does anyone know how many calories you burn on a wii fit bike i do 30 mins at 47mph and its saying 600 cals burnt it seems alot for only 30 mins can any one help please

just brought a omron step counter and went out for 5hrs it says that i have burned 378 cals then when i put in that i have walked 5hrs in mfp it says i have burned 1204 cals which one should i go with ,can anyone help please
