Anyone hear if the recall affects Kroger? I read trader joes and sams club/Walmart. I have peaches from Kroger, not sure if I should just throw it out.

How much weight lifting is enough?
I'm just getting started with weight lifting, doing the machines at the gym. If I lift once a week hitting legs and arms in one session, is that enough to build muscle/tone? Or do I need to be lifting 2 or 3 times a week?

My fitbit gave me 465 exercise calories today
I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse in a nursing home. Sure, I do a lot of walking up and down the halls but 465 seems like a little excessive. what do you think?

who wears a knee brace while running?
I had been having knee pain while running, MRI showed tendonitis and mild arthritis so Dr encouraged me to strengthen my quads and said I could also wear a knee brace while running. got too ripe bananas: what should I make with them?
I was a little overzealous and bought a big bunch of bananas and couldn't eat them fast enough. Now I have 4 bananas left that are on the mushy side. What are some recipes for bananas so these don't go to waste? FYI: I like to eat bananas but I don't like chunks of banana in food.

Are you planning on making a ticker for your pregnancy? I haven't gotten rid of my weight loss ticker yet, I'm so proud of it!! I know those 18 lbs are going to come back but I love my ticker!!

Am I doing push ups wrong?
When I do push ups, I usually feel it in the backs of my arms. Is this right? I rarely feel it in my chest or biceps. Is my form wrong?
