I've been making smoothies in the morning. A really easy one is frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 8 oz light almond milk, and 2 tbsp. pb2 peanut butter powder. It's about 300 calories and keeps me full. I just stick it in once of those blender bottles after I make it and take it to work with me or drink in the care.…

My new favorite snack is cinnamon apple straws. the brand is called sensible portions. So good!!

For breakfast sometimes I make my own sandwich. I use a thin bagel (110 cal), 2% cheese ( 50 cal), and an egg (90 cal). I have one of those microwave egg things so it takes 30 secs to cook and comes out round so it fits perfectly on the sandwich. So the total sandwich is about 250 cal.

I just did my free training session today at the gym and they recommended doing cardio before weights to warm up. So he had me do 20 min on the treadmill at 12 incline/ 2.8 mph. Then we did squats/lifting/planks etc.

I work 12 hr days 3 days a week and cannot bring myself to workout those days, but what I try to do is take the stairs everytime instead of the elevator

dehydration can also play a role in low bp, make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.

My daughter is 6 1/2 months. After the new year I got back on track and was 10 lbs from my prepregnancy weight, but lately I've been eating everything in sight. I'm not sure where my motivation went! Once I got to a size 8, I got rid of my 12s but am holding on to my 10s. I plan to always hold on to the next size up even though I don't plan on gaining the weight back.

I had a trainer tell me that if I exceed my max heart rate I'd be burning muscle so lower it to burn fat. He said it was okay if I did it every so often, but try to keep it in recommended range, which can be hard.

I never get to watch grown up shows anymore. If the tv is on I am forced to to watch the Disney Channel. I know all the words to the Little Einstein and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse songs. And sometimes I catch myself singing along.

Agreed. I gained about 15 lbs when I started dating my now husband due to the fact we ate out a lot more than I normally did and I had also started a new job. That's what most people do when dating. I'm shedding for someone else's wedding if that's okay. My sister in law is getting married in April and I am in the wedding. I just had a baby in November so I have 20 lbs of baby weight left. It was only 15 but the holidays were not good to me weight wise. Ooops! So this wedding is great motivation as well as summertime…

I'm 13 weeks and I've gained about 5 lbs. I did not exercise like I wanted to the 1st trimester, but it took all I could to keep up with my 2 1/2 year old! I'm getting my energy back though

That sounds like a good plan. I gained 30 lb with my first and was already overweight. I'd like to shoot for a 25 lb gain- if I can keep the eating under control!
