I will be having an infected abdominal hernia mesh replaced at the same time. I am so ready for this. I am 39 and have almost 5 year old twins.…

I can't afford to buy very many games. Can anyone suggest a good xbox kinect game for me? I should say that I am just starting to workout and I weigh…

Anyone else have a kryptonite weight?
 I have some emotional issue about hitting 55 pounds lost. It is a half way to my first really big goal of 110 pounds lost, but I should be excited instead every time I get to 54 pounds lost I blow it and gain back like 9 pounds. I have been fighting this same battle since Christmas. Tomorrow I am banning my scale.…

3 months 47 pounds
I need to post this to remind myself how far I have come in such a short time. Three years ago I weighed 401 pounds and I was hospitalized because of pre-ecampsia with my twins. I started MFP on 9/15/11 at 341.6 and have lost 47 pounds--then gained back 1.6 pounds yesterday. It is all worth the effort. Before 341.6--July…

NSV-Stairs
Today I walked up stairs without holding on to a hand rail and I did it like a normal person!!!!!!! When I had my twins in December of 2008 they popped my right hip out of socket so since then I have only been able to walk up stairs one at a time, using the rail extensively. This was a huge NSV for me. Thank you MFP!

Eating Late?
I have a question for everyone. I have noticed lately that if I eat a small evening meal (around 300 calories) and consume the majority of my calories in the morning and afternoon, I lose a lot of weight--sometimes as much as a pound a day. I am eating the same amount of calories, maybe a little less protien but other than…
