Today I walked up stairs without holding on to a hand rail and I did it like a normal person!!!!!!!
When I had my twins in December of 2008 they popped my right hip out of socket so since then I have only been able to walk up stairs one at a time, using the rail extensively. This was a huge NSV for me.
Thank you MFP!
